SHIPPING ORDERS
Order Processing Time: Standard web order processing time is 1-2 business days from the date the order was originally placed.
Please note: There may be delays with order processing, dispatch and delivery during busy festive periods and public holidays applicable to the state of Victoria in Australia.
Delivery time is approximately 2 to 5 business days for Australian addresses.
Shipping: Shipping is a flat rate of $14.95 within Australia. Express shipping is available if you email us with your request at info@aestheticbureau.com.au prior to submitting your order. Extra shipping charges on top of the flat rate fee will apply for express shipping. Please contact us to receive a quote on express shipping charges. Flat rate shipping does not apply to New Zealand orders. For information regarding international shipping, please contact us prior to placing your order.
Local Pickup: Our warehouse located in Mount Waverley, Victoria, is open for local pickups.

Delivery to PO Boxes
Some larger consumable orders cannot be shipped through the courier. We will contact you if your order cannot be delivered to a PO box.
Authority to Leave
Authority to leave is available on request (leave us a comment when you checkout). Our courier will leave your parcel at your unattended premises in accordance with your instructions.
You agree that the parcel is deemed received when left at your premises.
The Aesthetic Bureau does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage which results from this Authority to Leave delivery method. You agree to release The Aesthetic Bureau from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses, including financial and other consequential losses, made, suffered or incurred by you or any other person or entity as a result of this Authority to Leave.
RETURNS & WARRANTY
Change of Mind
The Aesthetic Bureau will gladly refund your item up to 28 days from the date of purchase. The returned item must be unopened and unused. It must be in its original saleable condition including manuals, accessories and packaging.
Return Request
Call us on 1300 858 711 or email info@aestheticbureau.com.au to submit your returns request. Our returns team will be in touch within 1-2 business days from submission of your returns request.
Returns Timeframe
Once your return request has been approved, you will receive notification via email. You then have 30 days from the date of approval to return the goods to us. The Aesthetic Bureau reserves the right to reject returns that are received beyond this 30 day window.
Pack and seal the item/s in their original shipping package and post them back to us. Please ensure the item is packaged well: Items that arrive damaged, which includes damage to packaging, cannot be returned. You are responsible for the shipping and postage charges.
Once we receive the products in their original unused and unopened condition, we will arrange for the original purchase price (excluding original postage fees) to be refunded to the purchaser’s credit card.
Warranty Periods
Warranty periods as stated on our website are based on the manufacturers’ warranty periods, terms and conditions. Terms of conditions vary between products and manufacturers.
All warranty claims should be made through The Aesthetic Bureau unless otherwise stated on the product warranty supplied with the product.
