If you’ve ever attended an industry event that felt like a one-way lecture, you’ll know how rare it is to find something that genuinely connects, challenges, and inspires. That’s exactly what the Perth Aesthetic Summit 2025 set out to do—and from the feedback we’ve received, it hit the mark.

A Different Kind of Industry Gathering

Held on 31 March 2025 at Vibe Hotel Subiaco, this wasn’t your average summit. From the moment the doors opened, we aimed to create more than just a learning opportunity—we wanted a space where the industry could come together to share ideas, ask real questions, and explore what’s next for aesthetics.

Here’s just some of the feedback that’s been rolling in:

“…the whole day was extremely professional, well organised, meticulously thought out to every little detail.”

“…such a welcoming and collaborative atmosphere”

“a great space to learn and share ideas”

“Without a doubt, the absolute best aesthetics conference [in] Perth I have ever been to.”

Throughout the day, we hosted live demos, explored cutting-edge topics like combination treatments and emerging patient care trends, and opened the floor to conversations not often had in traditional conference settings—including client empathy, future technologies, and even energetic resonance in aesthetic outcomes.

What really stood out? The openness. The willingness to share. The unexpected insights.

“There was so much included in the event, but what stood out most was how many people in the room had something valuable to say.”

We Asked, You Spoke

Toward the end of the day, we turned to the room: “What did you think? What stuck with you?”

The response was immediate—and overwhelmingly positive. One of the most respected local figures even stood up and shared her thoughts, sparking a room-wide wave of feedback. An estimated 80% of attendees actively engaged in the final discussion, a true testament to the sense of connection that had built across the day.

That said, we’re always learning. While the depth and breadth of topics were appreciated, some feedback suggested future events might benefit from more focused, shorter-format sessions. We hear you—and we’re already planning more topic-specific forums.

“Cut it short, but do more of them. I’d love a session just for education and open discussion.”

Why It Worked

What made this summit different wasn’t just the content. It was the feeling in the room. It was the shared understanding that we’re all in this together—navigating an evolving industry, adapting to client needs, and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in skin health and aesthetics.

We’re proud of what we created, and grateful to everyone who showed up ready to contribute.

“You could feel the energy shift in the room by the end of the day. People started slowly, but by the wrap-up, they were all in.”

One comment from an attendee helped sum it up:

“Suppliers only train to the limits of the technology they supply.”

It was a simple observation—but it captured something bigger. At Aesthetic Bureau, we understand that our training, by necessity, aligns with the scope and safety limits of the technologies we offer. But the summit? That’s where the boundaries open up. It’s a space for honest, experience-led conversations among industry professionals—unbiased, brand-neutral, and focused purely on what’s possible.

This is why the Perth Aesthetic Summit exists: to allow practitioners to explore real-world treatment variations, challenge conventions, and grow together beyond the confines of product-based education.

A Heartfelt Thank You

A huge thank you goes to our incredible contributors who helped bring the day to life. To our speakers—Helen Golisano, Emma Rose Kiely, Nicky Tzimas (CPD Institute), Rhiannon Mitsopoulos (Zap Education & Xytide), Dr Donna Lee Marcal (Dermatonics), Gay Wardle (Gay Wardle Skin Institute), Linda Sim, Kirsty Sinclair and Nicole Kratzmann—your insights, stories, and generosity made the summit feel personal, powerful, and deeply valuable.

We’re also grateful to our event sponsors and partners whose support made this event possible:
Advanced Skin Technology (Aspect Dr & Aspect Platinum), Cosmeceutical Solutions (Thermoceutical), Dermatonics, Dermalogica, Intraceuticals, The Beauty and Aesthetics Network, Next Level Aesthetics (pH Formula), Tissue Repair Pro, and Brooklyns Balloon Co. Thank you for championing education and helping us deliver a premium experience.

To our own Aesthetic Bureau team, thank you for leading by example. Trevor Neale guided the day’s conversations with clarity and thoughtfulness as moderator, while Jo Healy and Shantelle Quarrell shared advanced clinical knowledge and delivered hands-on demonstrations that brought the theory to life. We’re proud to have such passionate, experienced voices representing our mission and values.

What’s Next?

We’re already planning our next summits in Brisbane and beyond, and they’ll be shaped by what we learned in Perth.

If you’re looking for an event that blends education, open discussion, and real industry insight—with a side of connection and collaboration—you’ll want to be there.
