Day 1: Laser Safety Training
Certified Laser Safety Training: Elevate Your Expertise
Day 1 of the workshop focuses on Laser Safety Training. Get confident in understanding the legalities and technicalities for using laser in your practice, and set yourself up for success with the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

- Obtain a Laser Safety Certificate that is recognised by the WA Radiological Council and QLD Radiation Health.
- Fulfill one of the essential prerequisites for purchasing, using, or maintaining a laser system in Western Australia.
*Please note, the LSO exam and certificate carries a separate fee of $200 which is not included in the ticket price.
Day 2: Technology Showcase
Explore the Pinnacle of Aesthetic Energy Technologies: LED, IPL, Radiofrequency

Trevor's 30-year career as a technical engineer has seen him work with numerous manufacturers, including Thermage, Alma Lasers, and Novothor (Thor Lasers). This experience has equipped him with a comprehensive and practical understanding of the development and application of superior evidence-based and results-focused technologies. His insightful perspectives are sought after at various industry conferences. He is a regular speaker at Aesthetic and Plastic Surgery Society conferences, where he enlightens peers about advancements and best practices in Laser, IPL, and Radiofrequency technologies.
Nicole Kratzmann
NATIONAL SALES MANAGER
With over 30 years in the aesthetic industry with laser, IPL, RF and advanced aesthetic technologies, Nicole established the first Registered Training Organisation (RTO) in Queensland for Laser and Laser Safety training recognised by QLD Radiation Health Department. Nicole holds and supervises others for all licences in cosmetic procedures and is very involved in several industry groups reviewing self-regulation of the Aesthetic industry within Australia. Nicole has worked with over 50 different Lasers, IPL, RF etc technologies and worked with Lumenis in early 2000. This heavy involvement and experience highlights Nicole’s passion for the industry as a whole as well as drives her commitment for its continual improvement.
Shantelle Quarrell
CLINICAL SPECIALIST Trainer
Shantelle Quarrell is an established clinical specialist trainer boasting an extensive and multifaceted background in health sciences and dermal therapy. With a 25-year tenure in the dermal industry, Shantelle's expertise is both deep and broad, highlighted by her successful stewardship of her own business from 2006 to 2018. At Aesthetic Bureau, Shantelle is an integral figure spearheading the clinical development of LED photobiomodulation and IPL protocols. Shantelle’s focused expertise in energy-based devices is recognised in professional circles. She currently serves on the board of the Australian Society of Dermal Clinicians, contributing her invaluable knowledge and experience as Membership Secretary.
Rhiannon Mitsopoulos
CLINICAL APPLICATION SPECIALIST
Rhiannon is a highly accoladed clinical trainer with over a decade of international experience in skin and laser technology. Former international clinical trainer for Lumenis, she has extensively contributed to specialised IPL and Laser training within the aesthetic, dermatology, and cosmetic industries. Rhiannon's insights, drawn from a rich career in cosmetic dermatology and energy-based devices, are invaluable to industry professionals. She has presented at dermatology and aesthetic meetings nationally and is highly regarded within the industry for her skin and laser knowledge.

Tara has over 20 years of experience in the salon, clinic, and spa industry and is the go-to expert in salon membership programs at Payleadr.
